Each class is 50 minutes and led by a certified instructor. We allow access to the studio space up to half hour before the class starts if you would like to decorate in advance. If you would like additional time to celebrate, relax with refreshments, take group photos, etc., we recommend renting additional post-party time in our beautiful Great Room for either a half hour or an hour.

Of course! We allow half an hour before the event for any setup, and can help you source anything from flowers and balloons to a local photographer or light refreshments. Some restrictions apply.

Our Reformer Pilates classes can hold a max of 12 people. Our Mat Pilates, Barre or Yoga classes can hold a max of 20 people. Yoga mats and props are provided.

Yes - for safety reasons, we require all participants to be at least 16 years old.
In addition, prenatal guests in their third trimester are welcome to join Mat Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes, but we strongly discourage them from participating in Reformer Pilates.
